🎁 Free delivery
Under the conditions: online payment and an amount from 5000 UAH. Not valid on promotional items, promo codes, 'On order' and instalment payment.
🛒 'On order' items
Online payment and 100% prepayment; processing after full payment. Delivery time — 7 to 30 days.
Cash over 5000 UAH
A passport and full set of documents are required (Law of Ukraine No. 361-IX)

Payment on receipt at a Nova Poshta branch (cash on delivery). For amounts over 5000 UAH documents are required.
💳 Online (Visa / MasterCard)
At checkout, choose 'Pay by card on the site'. After data verification you'll go to a secure payment-system page.
🏦 Money transfer
Cash on receipt via Nova Poshta. Fee: 2% of the amount + 20 UAH. The delivery cost is paid separately.
🧾 Receipt / IBAN
We send the receipt by e-mail or Viber. Payment is on the day the details are received; the payer's and recipient's names must match.
🏢 VAT invoice (20%)
For organisations and sole traders, the invoice is issued from our LLC with a full set of documents.
💸 Instalments — no overpayment
🖤 Monobank
Instalments with no fees or overpayment. Choose a convenient number of payments — with no extra cost.

SoundsGood delivers musical instruments and professional sound equipment via Nova Poshta across Ukraine — to a branch or by courier. The cost depends on the carrier's rates, and with online payment and an order amount from 5000 UAH delivery is free. Convenient payment methods are available: cash on receipt, Visa/MasterCard online, a money transfer, a receipt or IBAN, and a VAT invoice for organisations and sole traders.
For more expensive purchases, instalment payment without overpayment from PrivatBank and monobank is available. Items not in stock can be ordered with 100% prepayment and delivery in 7 to 30 days. Is a passport needed on receipt?
For cash payment over 5000 UAH you need a Ukrainian citizen's passport and a full set of documents — a requirement of Law of Ukraine No. 361-IX. For smaller amounts or cashless payment, documents are not needed.
What is the fee for a money transfer?
For payment by money transfer (cash on receipt via Nova Poshta) the fee is 2% of the amount + 20 UAH. The delivery cost itself is paid separately, per the carrier's rates.
Do you issue a VAT invoice for sole traders and organisations?
Yes, for organisations and sole traders we issue a VAT invoice (20%) from our LLC. For payment by receipt or IBAN, the payer's and recipient's names must match, and payment should be made on the day the details are received.
