The Wing Series: Compact Without Compromise
W800 series guitars are built exclusively in the GTRS Guitar Workshop, which specializes in the design and assembly of high-end GTRS models and showcases the craftsmanship of Mooer's luthiers. The compact alder body with modern contours weighs only 2.5 kg — your shoulders will thank you at rehearsals and on the road. The headless design shrinks the footprint, improves balance and looks uncompromisingly modern, while the protective matte metal pickguard adds an ultra-premium, rugged feel.
Fanned Frets and a Roasted Maple Neck
The roasted maple neck with a Standard C profile and satin finish is built for fast playing, and the Indian rosewood fingerboard carries 24 jumbo fanned frets in white copper plus a steel zero fret. The fanned layout gives the fretting hand a more natural position, better intonation and springy tension on the bass strings. A 12" (305 mm) radius, a 42 mm bone nut and a 25.5" scale complete the modern, well-thought-out design.
GTRS HM-2 Humbuckers and the HL-1 Bridge
Moving away from the S-S-H layout of the S and P series, the W800 is fitted with proprietary GTRS HM-2N (neck) and HM-2B (bridge) humbuckers with Alnico V magnets. They're designed specifically to work with the GTRS intelligent processing system, yet deliver rich tones as regular passive pickups even when the system is off. The patented headless GTRS HL-1 bridge system handles string tuning and keeps the instrument rock-stable through the most aggressive playing. Controls: volume, tone, a 3-way switch (which doubles as the guitar-sim selector) and the signature Super Knob.

Does the guitar play with a dead battery?
Yes. The HM-2N/HM-2B humbuckers work as regular passive pickups: you can plug into any amplifier even with the GTRS system fully off.
Why fanned frets?
Each string gets an optimal scale length: bass strings are longer and springier, treble strings shorter and easier to bend. The hand also sits in a more natural position, and intonation is more accurate across the neck.
How do you tune a headless guitar?
Instead of headstock tuners, tuning is done with fine tuners right on the GTRS HL-1 bridge — more precise and more stable, with the steel zero fret and bone nut helping hold the tuning.

Items not returnable for hygiene reasons
At SoundsGood, for hygiene reasons, the following items of proper quality are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Return and exchange of goods in proper condition (14 days)
According to the law, the customer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days, provided they have not been used and the commercial appearance is preserved.
