How do you care for an accordion?
Keep it dry, away from sun and temperature changes. Wipe with a soft cloth, no harsh chemicals. Close the bellows strap and store it upright in a bag.
Can you replace reeds?
Yes — reeds, plates and worn parts are replaced, and the instrument repaired and retuned by a technician. We help select parts for the model. Leave complex repair to a specialist.
What is a MIDI system for an accordion?
It converts key and button presses into digital signals to control a sound module or computer — adding timbres to the acoustic sound. Digital Roland ones already have such capabilities.
Why a bellows strap?
It keeps the bellows closed during storage and transport, preventing them from opening on their own and the folds from deforming. Always close the bellows before transport.
