🏭 About Allen & Heath: London 1969 → Cornwall
Allen & Heath was founded in 1969 in London by Andy Bereza and Stephen Batiste — at the heart of the British rock scene. In the early 1970s the company was hand-building consoles for Pink Floyd (the legendary quadraphonic MOD1, used by Alan Parsons at live performances), Genesis and The Who. Rapid growth in the 1980s led to the move of manufacturing to Penryn, Cornwall, where headquarters and production remain to this day.
🎸 From Pink Floyd to Billie Eilish
From hand-built consoles in 1969 to mixers on global arena tours in the 21st century. Allen & Heath has accompanied: Genesis, Pink Floyd, The Who (1970s); Lewis Capaldi, Bring Me the Horizon, Billie Eilish (2020s). Active presence at SXSW, the Salvador Carnival, and major venues worldwide.
