Orange OMEC Teleport for guitar and software processing
The Orange OMEC Teleport connects an instrument to a computer or compatible mobile device and returns processed audio through two analogue outputs. Its pedal enclosure makes it practical to integrate recording software, amp modelling and effects into a guitar setup.
One input and stereo output
The interface provides one buffered 6.35 mm instrument input and two 6.35 mm outputs. A USB Type-B connector carries USB 2.0 audio to and from the host device. Audio resolution is 16-bit at 44.1 or 48 kHz. A footswitch operates the buffered bypass.
System requirements
Amplifier models and effects run in software on the connected device; the Teleport provides the audio connection. Orange lists compatibility with Mac, PC, iOS and Android. Mobile use requires a suitable USB connection and a compatible app.
- Format: compact pedal-style USB audio interface.
- Analogue connections: one 6.35 mm input and two 6.35 mm outputs.
- Power: external 9 V DC, centre negative.
