Hands-on streaming audio control
M-Game Solo combines a USB audio interface, mixer control, sampler and voice effects for gaming broadcasts. Five faders adjust Mic, Game, Chat, Sampler and System/AUX. M-Game software for Mac and Windows handles routing, button assignments and processing and must be installed to use the system.
Source connections
- XLR microphone input with 48 V phantom power and a 59 dB gain range.
- 3.5 mm Mic In for a headset microphone; connecting it overrides the XLR input.
- 3.5 mm stereo AUX input and optical Console input for digital PCM audio.
- Separate 3.5 mm Headphones and Main Out sockets for headphones and speakers.
- 6.35 mm Footswitch input for an optional momentary pedal.
Samples and effects
Three sample buttons access two banks with six assignments. A Voice FX button triggers the selected voice effect. The central knob adjusts headphone/speaker level, and the controls use red lighting.
Effects include reverb, echo, modulation and distortion, with EQ, compression, noise gate and de-esser available for the microphone. Samples can be recorded, edited and previewed through the software.
USB and power
One USB port connects to the gaming and streaming computer. An external adapter supplies power.
