MOOER MSC20 Pro (Amber Brown) — A classic S-style electric guitar with an HSS configuration: two single-coils and a bridge humbucker. It combines a 25.5-inch scale, 22 frets and a Standard C neck profile. The Amber Brown version suits learning different styles, rehearsing and recording through your preferred amplifier or processor.

Construction and playing feel
The neck uses a bolt-on joint. Its Standard C profile and satin back provide a familiar thumb position for chord changes and movement along the neck. A 12-inch fingerboard radius and 42 mm nut width give useful reference points when comparing the playing geometry with your current instrument.
Body material: Poplar. Neck: Roasted maple; Standard C, satin finish. Fingerboard: Jatoba, with 22 nickel-silver frets.
The body has a selected ash top. Its grain adds visual detail to the Amber Brown finish and distinguishes this version from guitars with a plain opaque finish.
Pickups and controls
The neck and middle positions use MSC-1N and MSC-1M single-coils, with an MHB-1B humbucker at the bridge. Five selector positions offer individual pickups and adjacent combinations. The control layout is 1 × Volume, 1 × Tone.
A separate coil-split switch disables one humbucker coil, offering a lighter texture for rhythm parts without changing instruments. Output level and noise can differ from full humbucker operation, so compare the sounds using the same amplifier settings.

Bridge and setup
The installed bridge is the MVT-1 vintage tremolo. Its arm adds vibrato to chords and melodic phrases. After restringing, check tuning, intonation and bridge position, as tremolo balance depends on string gauge and tension. This version uses MTN-1 — sealed tuners.
Where this guitar fits
The HSS layout suits pop, blues, funk, indie and rock sets that need both clean and driven sounds. It works as a platform for home practice, rehearsal and recording. Your amplifier, effects, setup and playing technique also shape the final result.
Connections and accessories
Choose an instrument cable and a guitar amplifier for amplified playing. Computer recording requires a compatible audio interface with an instrument input. Explore guitar effects to build additional sounds.
The factory string gauge is .009–.046. Browse electric guitar strings when replacements are needed. Add a strap for standing practice and a tuner for regular tuning checks. A MOOER gig bag is listed as included.
