Parksons UK21YS (Blue) Soprano ukulele
The Parksons UK21YS Blue is a soprano ukulele of hybrid design: a wooden top takes care of the sound, while a plastic body takes care of durability. The top is spruce, and the back and sides form a one-piece ABS plastic body that shrugs off humidity swings and travel mishaps alike. A rosewood fingerboard and bridge, a nato neck, 15 frets and die-cast chrome tuners make a complete package for learning and everyday playing. Its standout feature is the blue crackle finish: the body is covered in a web of fine cracks like antique ceramics, balanced at the front by the light spruce top.

ABS Body and Blue Crackle: Style That Is Ready to Travel
An ABS plastic body is a practical choice for an instrument that lives in a backpack: unlike wood, it does not dry out in arid air and copes better with temperature changes and accidental knocks. The blue crackle finish looks like a glaze with a web of cracks — striking and unusual, so the ukulele stands out from ordinary instruments at once. This is a case where looks and practicality work together.
Spruce Top: Genuine Wooden Sound
A ukulele's sound is born mainly in the top, which is why this one uses spruce — the classic tonewood for acoustic instruments. It gives a bright, ringing tone with a clear attack in which every string of a chord can be heard. The rosewood bridge transfers string vibration firmly to the top, so the combination of spruce and a plastic body sounds lively and balanced.
Neck, Frets and Tuners
The nato neck with a rosewood fingerboard has 15 frets — enough for accompaniment and simple melodies higher up the neck. Die-cast chrome tuners with black buttons hold tuning more precisely and steadily than the open-gear tuners of budget models. The Parksons-branded headstock completes the instrument's neat, well-thought-out look.
