AKG C314 Matched Pair Factory-Matched Multi-Pattern Stereo Set
The two C314 microphones are selected by AKG’s computer-aided process for closely aligned sensitivity and frequency response. This provides high channel correlation, accurate localization and natural three-dimensional stereo recordings.
Four selectable polar patterns
Each microphone uses a one-inch dual-diaphragm capsule and offers cardioid, supercardioid, omnidirectional and figure-eight pickup. The set suits piano, ensembles, drum overheads, choirs and room recording.
Dynamic and low-frequency control
A −20 dB pad provides headroom for loud sources, while the 100 Hz, 12 dB/octave filter reduces rumble, vibration and proximity effect. An overload LED helps identify excessive capsule level.
