Way Huge Electronics — Official Dealer in Ukraine — SoundsGood
Way Huge Electronics is a cult American boutique effects pedal brand founded in 1992 by Jeorge Tripps (Mr. Huge) in Southern California. In seven years Tripps built 15 innovative pedals that quickly became the secret weapon of California guitarists — from the Swollen Pickle Fuzz to the Red Llama Overdrive. In 1999 the Way Huge doors closed, and original pedals started appearing on eBay for thousands of dollars. In 2008 Tripps and Way Huge found a new home at Dunlop Manufacturing — and the brand was reborn with new energy: boutique tone at accessible prices, backed by the full resources of the maker of Cry Baby and MXR.
SoundsGood stocks the complete Way Huge range: fuzzes (Swollen Pickle, Doom Hammer, Stone Burner, Russian Pickle), overdrives (Green Rhino, Red Llama, Pork Loin, Supa-Lead, Saucy Box), distortion (Fat Sandwich), delays (Aqua-Puss, Supa-Puss, Echo-Puss), chorus & modulation (Blue Hippo, Atreides), plus compressors and combo pedals from the Way Huge Smalls series.
SoundsGood is the official Way Huge Electronics dealer in Ukraine. Genuine boutique pedals with Dunlop warranty.

🎸 About Way Huge Electronics — A Boutique Legend
1992: The Birth of Mr. Huge
Jeorge Tripps founded Way Huge Electronics in 1992, driven by the pursuit of vintage tone without sacrificing reliability. In seven years he built 15 unique pedals that redefined what boutique effects could be. The Swollen Pickle, Red Llama and Aqua-Puss became iconic before Tripps closed the doors in 1999.
1999–2008: Underground Cult
After Way Huge closed, original pedals began surfacing on eBay for staggering sums. Demand only intensified. Guitarists hunted for "those sounds", cloners tried to reverse-engineer the circuits. Way Huge became one of the most sought-after boutique brands in the world — without producing a single new unit.
2008: Revival Under Dunlop
Jim Dunlop invited Tripps and Way Huge into the Dunlop Manufacturing family in 2008. A new chapter: boutique tone, accessible prices, serial production without compromising quality. The first releases — Swollen Pickle MkII, Pork Loin, Fat Sandwich, Green Rhino — confirmed it: Way Huge was back.
Way Huge Artists
Way Huge has appeared on the pedalboards of some of the most iconic guitarists: Tom Petty (Red Llama), Mike Campbell (Green Rhino + Red Llama), Joe Bonamassa (collaborated on drive pedal series), Jeff Beck. The brand is a symbol of boutique culture for serious guitarists across all genres.
💥 Way Huge Fuzzes
Fuzz is the heart of Way Huge. The Swollen Pickle is widely regarded as one of the most iconic fuzz pedals in the world. Today the Way Huge fuzz lineup spans several powerful characters.
Swollen Pickle Jumbo Fuzz XXX (WHE407)
The flagship of the Way Huge fuzz line. Inspired by the classic Big Muff Pi but with its own identity: massive sound, aggressive attack and an extraordinary tonal range. Sustain, Loudness, Filter, Crunch (compression intensity) and Scoop (tone stack) controls deliver complete command over everything from gentle crunch to pure wall-of-Armageddon.
Smalls Swollen Pickle Fuzz (WM41)
The same legendary Swollen Pickle sound in the compact Way Huge Smalls format. Perfect for space-constrained pedalboards. The streamlined interface preserves all the key characteristics of the original. The definitive choice for guitarists who need that Pickle sound without the footprint.
Smalls Doom Hammer Fuzz (WM45)
A powerful and aggressive fuzz from the Smalls series. The Doom Hammer goes heavier and darker than the standard Pickle — a doom, stoner and heavy rock-oriented character with maximum low-end density. The compact Smalls enclosure fits any pedalboard layout.
Smalls Stone Burner Sub Atomic Fuzz (WM81)
Nuclear-grade fuzz from the Smalls series. The Stone Burner pushes even further into extreme territory — an intensely saturated, high-gain fuzz with a characteristic sub-octave colouration. Built for heavy music and players who aren't afraid to push beyond conventional limits.
Russian Pickle Fuzz (WHE408)
A smooth, creamy fuzz with a clear midrange voice for cutting through the mix and a fat bottom end that keeps the sound thick and full. Straightforward interface: Volume, Tone and Distortion. Suitable for guitar and bass. Way Huge drew inspiration from legendary Soviet-era circuits when developing this version of the Pickle.
🟢 Way Huge Overdrives
Overdrive is arguably the richest category in the Way Huge catalogue. From gentle British character to powerful midrange crunch — there is a Way Huge overdrive for every style.
Green Rhino Overdrive MkIV
One of the most beloved overdrives in the Way Huge catalogue. Inspired by the Tube Screamer but enhanced with a dedicated 100Hz control for improved low-end response — the exact characteristic that most TS clones lack. Tight, transparent and focused in the midrange. A favourite among blues and rock guitarists. Used by Mike Campbell of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers.
Red Llama Overdrive
The legendary original Way Huge pedal from 1992 — one of the most cloned and coveted designs in boutique history. A massive gain boost past the 2 o'clock position produces a heavily distorted tone with pronounced midrange presence. Used by Tom Petty for his rhythm sound. The reissue preserves every nuance of the original circuit.
Pork Loin Soft Clip Injection Overdrive
A unique Way Huge design: two separate signal paths — a soft-clip overdrive and a passive British preamp circuit — are blended together. The result is a highly organic overdrive that allows the natural character of the guitar and amplifier to breathe through the effect. The ideal choice for blues, country and classic rock.
Smalls Supa-Lead Overdrive (WM31)
A dynamic, touch-sensitive overdrive designed to extract amp-like crunch from a clean or slightly broken-up amplifier. Focused midrange grind with an abundance of output volume to push the amp over the edge when needed. Compact Smalls format for maximum pedalboard efficiency.
Saucy Box Overdrive
A more sophisticated successor to the Pork Loin. Two independent signal paths (clean and overdrive) produce an even more organic, amp-like character. Arguably the most natural-sounding overdrive in the entire Way Huge catalogue — built for players who prize pick-attack sensitivity and dynamic response.
🔴 Way Huge Distortion
Fat Sandwich Harmonic Saturator
Way Huge's flagship distortion. Engineered as a "sandwich" of harmonic saturation — from moderate crunch to crushing high-gain distortion. Presence (high frequencies) and Resonance (low frequencies) controls let you find the perfect sweet spot for any guitar and amplifier combination. Powerful and dynamic, with genuine pick-attack responsiveness that many distortion pedals lack.
🌊 Way Huge Delays
Jeorge Tripps and Way Huge are renowned as masters of analog delay. The entire Way Huge delay line is built on bucket brigade device technology for warm, organic, living tone.
Aqua-Puss Analog Delay MkIII — Smalls (WM71)
The most iconic pedal in the Way Huge catalogue. Famous for its bright, jangly repeats and exceptionally simple operation. 20–300 ms of delay time — the ideal range for tone-thickening and classic slap-back echo. Now available in the compact Smalls format. Warm analog bucket brigade character that no digital algorithm can fully replicate.
Supa-Puss Analog Delay
Jeorge Tripps's more feature-complete analog delay: up to 600 ms of natural analog delay time via bucket brigade chips. A configurable LFO circuit adds fluid texture to the repeats. The right choice for players who want extended delay time and LFO-modulated repeats — from clean echoes to psychedelic textures.
Echo-Puss Analog Delay
The Echo-Puss bridges the gap between the Aqua-Puss and the Supa-Puss. Extended delay range and a Feedback control that — at extreme settings — sends the pedal into self-oscillating chaos. The ideal choice for sonic explorers and players who want a delay pedal with a deliberately "dangerous" side.
🔵 Way Huge Chorus & Modulation
Blue Hippo Analog Chorus MkIII — Smalls (WM61)
A liquid, lush analog chorus from Way Huge. The Vibe switch adds rich vibrato to the watery modulation. Depth and Speed controls cover everything from subtle tone-widening to an intense rotating-speaker simulation. Straightforward and no-frills, but deeply musical. Available in the compact Way Huge Smalls enclosure.
Atreides Analog Weirding Module (WHE900)
Way Huge's boldest and most adventurous pedal — an analog "weirding module" inspired by Frank Herbert's Dune universe. Combines multiple types of analog processing in a single unit to produce atmospheric, psychedelic and aggressively unconventional sounds. For players who are ready to go far beyond the conventional signal chain.
📦 Way Huge Smalls — Boutique in a Pocket-Sized Format
Way Huge Smalls is a series of compact pedals in a minimalist enclosure designed for maximum pedalboard efficiency. Full Way Huge boutique sound — zero compromises on quality.
What is Way Huge Smalls?
Smalls are not simplified versions — they are full Way Huge pedals in a reduced enclosure. The same analog character, the same circuits, without the extra footprint. The ideal choice for players who value compact boards without sacrificing tone.
Full Smalls Line-Up
WM31 Supa-Lead Overdrive · WM41 Swollen Pickle Fuzz · WM45 Doom Hammer Fuzz · WM61 Blue Hippo Analog Chorus · WM71 Aqua-Puss Analog Delay MkIII · WM81 Stone Burner Sub Atomic Fuzz · WM91 Pork & Pickle Overdrive & Fuzz. All Smalls pedals feature standard I/O and 9V DC power jack.
Smalls Pork & Pickle Overdrive & Fuzz (WM91)
Two legendary Way Huge pedals in a single compact enclosure: Pork Loin Overdrive plus Swollen Pickle Fuzz. Use each independently or combine them for an enormous range of tones — from gentle British overdrive to crushing fuzz. The definitive two-in-one solution for tone-demanding pedalboard minimalists.
🔀 Combo Pedals & Special Series
Camel Toe Triple Overdrive MkII
Way Huge merged the Red Llama Overdrive and the Green Rhino Overdrive into one pedal — then added a third channel. The Camel Toe Triple Overdrive allows the two classic Way Huge overdrives to be combined in countless configurations, from clean boost to stacked high-gain drive.
Saffron Squeeze Compressor MkII (WHE103)
A Way Huge compressor — a revived classic from the original 1992 line-up. The MkII adds new shaping and sculpting capabilities to the honeyed sustain and liquid compression of the original. Suited to every style from country to funk, it is one of the few compressors on the market with genuine boutique character.
Artist Collaborations: Joe Bonamassa
Way Huge regularly releases signature pedals in collaboration with prominent artists. Joe Bonamassa is one of the brand's key partners, contributing directly to the development of several drive pedals. Signature models combine an artist's personal tone preferences with Way Huge's engineering expertise.
