Cases when the warranty does not apply

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

❌ Typical reasons for warranty denial:

Mechanical damage caused by drops, impacts or improper transportation.

Improper storage (humidity/temperature violations).
Burnt speakers due to excessive signal level and overloading.

🔍 Determining the warranty case

In all disputed cases we rely on the official conclusion of an authorised service centre of the brand whose product has been purchased.
