Line 6 Shuriken SR250 (Satin Black) is an electric guitar.
Shuriken combines a conventional magnetic humbucker with the digital Variax system. Piezo elements in the bridge saddles read the strings separately, allowing the electronics to create instrument models and alternate tunings. The model selector does not turn its single physical humbucker into five pickups: magnetic and modeled sounds serve different purposes.
